The Merthyr Mermaid's Antarctic Ice Mile: Cath Pendleton

Cath Pendleton, known as the 'Merthyr Mermaid, is an ice swimmer who achieved the Guinness World Record for being the first person to swim a mile inside the Antarctic Circle. She represented Team GB in the world ice swimming championships.
